Rates and Reservations
for our Highland Lake Villas on Lake Travis
Rates
Summer (May 1 - September 30)
$150.00 per day $750.00 per week
Winter (October 1 - April 30)
$125.00 per day $625.00 per week
We will accept one small dog, 25 pounds or less, in our townhouses for an additional charge of $25.00 per visit.
If you do not require the boat slip deduct $25.00 per day, or $125.00 per week.
We ask that you reserve for two nights from Friday to Sunday.
All rates are subject to a 12% tax.
One night's rate is required as a deposit to confirm your reservation. If you are mailing check we must have it at least seven days prior to your check in date. If you have to cancel please try to do so before fourteen days to receive full refund. If you cancel later than this the deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to rent the unit for those reserved date(s).
If you are faxing reservation information, please include requested dates, number in party, and if you will be bringing a pet.

All our units are non-smoking. Maximum occupancy is eight.
Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.
